Our Mission
For more than 30 years, Futures Without Violence is a non-profit organization that aims to end violence against women, children, and families. Our mission is to provide resources and support for victims of domestic violence and for families that may have been affected by abusive situations. We strive to empower survivors, advance public health, and promote gender equality through education, advocacy, and leadership.

Striving to reach new audiences and transform social norms, we train professionals such as doctors, nurses, judges, and athletic coaches on improving responses to violence and abuse. We also work with advocates, policymakers, and others to build sustainable community leadership and educate people everywhere about the importance of respect and healthy relationships.

Where We Are
From our west coast headquarters at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, to our offices in Washington DC, New York, and Boston, our teams partner with the nation’s top education, justice, and community leaders to build robust programs and policies to prevent and end violence against women and children.
